Stayed at this place to celebrate my daughter sweet 16 birthday party. Had set up everything had about 8 girls there in the room. And here comes a big Roach crawling around on the floor. Then the room was cold and could not sleep that night. Call the same night about the bug. Told the front counter about it and they did not even try to be nice about it. Told my that they had just sprayed for bugs and that was that. The next day I call customer care and reported everything that had happened and what was said to me. The manager at the front counter called and said the room was cold cause someone in the room had close the vents. Now, these vents are so high up. You cant reach them and there was noway I close them. The vents were very dusty and looked to be bent. AGAIN, the manger who name is Terry Foye was not helpful at all. And no I would not stay here again and I would not tell anyone about this place.
